Saab 9-5 wagon hits 200,000 miles

A Saab 9-5 Wagon (Gary Fisher Edition) turns 200,000 miles on the odometer.  Great!

It is very neat that the owner captured this on video and shared it with the youtube world.

I do share his excitement for milestones like this one.

I will add that we have driven… 175,000 on a classic 900 Turbo, 217,000 on 94 900 SE Turbo, 15k on our Viggen, about 288,000 on our 1978 99 EMS (long ago), 53,000 on one of our 2002 9-3’s and about 172,000 on our other 2002 9-3 Turbo, all without major repairs, without replacing turbos, clutches, etc.

In spite of what some people may tell you – our Saab owning experiences have been stellar and they have been reliable and fun cars to own and drive.
